Our client is seeking a Senior Trust Administrator to join their team. This role is essential in providing independent administration services to trust clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and delivering exceptional service. This position is full-time with standard working hours. Job Duties Administer a varied portfolio of trust and company clients Liaise with clients and their advisers to ensure efficient service delivery Maintain accurate client records and documentation Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements Prepare and review client documentation, including minutes and reports Assist in the training and mentoring of junior staff members Handle financial transactions and ensure timely invoicing Contribute to the development of internal processes and policies Job Requirements Proven experience in trust administration or related field Strong knowledge of fiduciary law and trust structures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and trust administration software Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Attention to detail and high level of accuracy Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., STEP or equivalent) preferred
