The clientele includes some of the most prestigious properties, necessitating VAT, Corporation Tax, and Construction Industry Scheme tax compliance services. Job Duties Assist with real estate tax compliance services Report to the tax compliance manager/senior manager Investigate and resolve issues effectively Collaborate with colleagues across all locations, providing tax support and advice as required Ensure work is completed in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner Prepare computations and returns related to VAT, Corporation Tax, CIS, and other tax obligations Collaborate to manage client expectations and deadlines effectively Ensure timely submissions using specialist tax software Build and develop relationships with colleagues, clients, and third-party service providers Maintain awareness of Governance Services integration across jurisdictions and with the law firm, operating in a unified manner Adhere to the firm's policies and procedures at all times Maintain required CPD levels for the role and any professional bodies of which you are a member Job Requirements Ideally qualified ACCA/ACA or qualified by relevant experience Industry/commercial/fund/corporate experience Excellent working knowledge of Excel High level of attention to detail and accuracy Positive and flexible approach to work Strong aptitude for data analysis and problem-solving Ability to manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines Experience in a high-pressure and busy environment of a growing business Good interpersonal skills Capability to work independently as well as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Professional, proactive, and service-oriented approach Discretion and sound judgement in decision-making
