Our client is seeking a highly organised and proactive Secretary to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Directors. This full-time role is pivotal in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and effective diary management within a dynamic work environment. The Secretary will be responsible for streamlining communication and enhancing productivity by effectively managing schedules and prioritising tasks. The successful candidate will be an integral part of the team, supporting the Directors with administrative tasks that contribute to the overall efficiency of the organisation. Job Duties Manage and maintain Directors’ diaries, including scheduling meetings and appointments. Organise travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Directors. Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations. Maintain accurate records and filing systems (digital and physical). Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking. Assist with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required. Job Requirements Proven experience in a similar secretarial or executive assistant role. Excellent organisational and time-management skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
