Our client is seeking a Corporate Services Manager who will play a vital role in ensuring the ongoing success and reputation of the business as a client-focused organisation. This diverse position is part of a small team within Corporate Services, requiring the post holder to operate both independently and collaboratively across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for the administration of a portfolio of corporate structures, ensuring all business matters are managed in compliance with relevant laws and the standards of client service set by the organisation. The role offers a blend of supervisory and administrative duties, including overseeing and mentoring team members, managing client relationships, and ensuring that all statutory requirements are met in a timely and professional manner. This full-time position presents an opportunity for the successful applicant to contribute to the ongoing development of the team and enhance service delivery. The selected candidate will manage key performance indicators and resolve any issues that arise, while consistently promoting the organisation's core values. Job Duties Supervising and mentoring staff within the department, identifying training needs. Ensuring timely billing and collection of debts within 90 days. Administering a varied portfolio to comply with client requirements and legislation. Managing client relationships and attending meetings as needed. Keeping the relevant Corporate Services Director informed on client matters and business activity. Preparing and filing minutes and resolutions for various entities. Ensuring timely preparation and submission of necessary documentation and returns. Maintaining accurate statutory registers. Handling client correspondence in a professional and efficient manner. Completing client take-on documentation and obtaining necessary approvals before administration. Updating Compliance colleagues on changes in client circumstances. Monitoring Key Performance Indicators and resolving variances. Performing any additional duties as required by the role and the evolving nature of the function. Job Requirements Working knowledge of Viewpoint and understanding of Jersey corporate structures. Strong organisational ability with an understanding of AML legislation. In-depth knowledge of organisational procedures and familiarity with accountancy and bookkeeping. Understanding of Jersey company law. A recognised industry professional qualification. Minimum of 5 years' post-qualifying experience in the fiduciary sector and/or at least 10 years' industry experience. Experience operating at a Manager level with a proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
