Our client is seeking a highly experienced professional for the role of Trust & Company Director / DMLRO . Job Duties Oversee the implementation and maintenance of the anti-money laundering (AML) policies and procedures Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities Monitor and report suspicious activity in accordance with regulatory requirements Provide expert guidance and training to staff on compliance and regulatory issues Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure timely reporting and communication Ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities regarding AML legislation Collaborate with senior management to ensure a culture of compliance throughout the organisation Review and update AML policies to reflect changes in legislation and best practices Job Requirements Proven experience in a MLRO or Deputy MLRO role within financial services In-depth knowledge of AML regulations and compliance best practices Strong analytical skills and the ability to assess compliance risks Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities Strong leadership skills with a focus on fostering a team-oriented environment Relevant qualifications in compliance or financial services are advantageous
