This is a permanent position, offering full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week. Job Duties Letting and sales of commercial properties Lease renewal and rent review negotiations Red Book valuations of residential and commercial properties Development appraisals Asset management advice Job Requirements Ideally MRICS qualified with 3 to 5 years post-qualification experience Experience across commercial and residential property Numerate and technically competent Excellent IT, problem-solving, analytical, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Full, clean driving licence
