Our client is seeking a Firmwide Risk Senior Associate for a full-time position. This role involves supporting the development and execution of the firm’s risk management strategies. The ideal candidate will work closely with various teams to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and will contribute to the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risk across the organisation. This position is critical for maintaining a robust risk framework, and the candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed reports and presentations for senior management. The successful candidate will also play a vital role in fostering a risk-aware culture throughout the organisation. Job Duties Supporting the development of risk management policies and procedures Conducting risk assessments and identifying potential areas of risk Monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements Preparing reports and presentations for senior management Collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective risk communication Contributing to training initiatives to promote a risk-aware culture Assisting in the development of mitigation strategies for identified risks Conducting continuous monitoring of risk exposures and report findings Job Requirements Relevant degree or professional qualification in risk management or a related field Demonstrable experience in risk management or compliance Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and standards related to risk management
