Our client is an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services, seeking an Associate Director/Director Funds. In this vital role, you will lead a high-performing team of fund administrators within a portfolio of client relationships. You will provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to assist your team in achieving their goals while delivering high-quality service. This position is focused on effective day-to-day management of client relationships to deepen engagement and ensure service excellence in alignment with the company's vision and values. Additionally, you will act as a subject matter expert, addressing any issues or challenges that arise in delivering fund administration services. Your responsibilities will include monitoring team performance against KPIs, ensuring compliance with policy and regulatory requirements, and implementing strategies to increase client profitability. This position also involves contributing to broader business growth initiatives, including attracting and retaining high-quality staff. Job Duties Lead a high-performing team of fund administrators, offering guidance and mentoring. Manage client relationships effectively, enhancing service excellence. Act as a subject matter expert and escalate issues as necessary. Monitor team performance and adherence to policies and regulations. Develop strategies to increase client profitability and maximise activity fees. Attract, train, and retain high-quality staff in line with business growth. Contribute to the operational framework and support director-level projects. Assist in developing and executing business strategies for growth. Collaborate across the business to support compliance and revenue growth. Participate in business development initiatives and promote the client's profile within the industry. Job Requirements Minimum of 10 years’ relevant industry experience with demonstrable experience in a funds environment at associate director level or above. Proven technical expertise in managing private capital strategies, such as private equity and venture capital. Business development experience, including pitching to prospective clients. Comprehensive understanding of relevant regulatory and legal requirements. Ability to manage multiple issues and projects simultaneously, including compliance and team management. Proven relationship-building skills with fund clients and senior professionals. Experience in recruiting, retaining, and motivating teams. Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
