Our client is seeking a Senior Manager / Associate Director to join their team. This full-time role requires a highly skilled professional with significant experience in strategic management and leadership. This role demands a strong understanding of fiduciary and financial services, risk management, regulation, corporate governance, leadership, and financial control. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing key projects, driving operational excellence, and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. Job Duties Oversee the management and administration of trust and company structures, including direct contact with prime clients and their advisors. Act as a Director of client companies (via a corporate director entity or in a personal capacity) and hold the position of “A” Authorised Signatory. Lead strategic planning and operational management initiatives. Manage a team and provide mentorship and guidance to team members. Develop and implement policies to enhance performance and efficiency, thereby improving organizational productivity. Provide technical assistance and practical troubleshooting advice by maintaining a broad understanding of industry matters, such as trust and company law, legal and regulatory updates, international taxation, and inheritance/estate planning. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and engage in stakeholder management. Monitor and evaluate project outcomes to implement improvements. Manage resource allocation and budgeting processes. Represent the organization in various external forums, demonstrating excellent communication skills. Job Requirements A relevant professional/technical qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, STEP, ICSA/CGI, Law Degree, or equivalent). Extensive relevant experience (10+ years) in fiduciary services, with strong understanding of trust and corporate management. Proven track record in a senior leadership role within the financial services sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in strategic planning methodologies and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Relevant qualifications in business management or a related field.
