Associate – Corporate

A leading offshore law firm is seeking a highly motivated Associate to join their Corporate Department in St Peter Port, Guernsey. As an Associate, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a range of exciting and challenging projects, including fund formation, finance-related matters, and general corporate affairs, including M&A transactions. They will be an integral part of a team of experienced lawyers who are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate should have a strong academic background in law and possess up to 4 years of PQE experience in corporate law, fund formation, and M&A transactions. They will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing legal advice and support to clients.
