We are looking for a Senior Administrator to join a leading Global firm, providing essential support in fund administration. Candidates will play a key role in understanding the lifecycle of funds and structures the Company administers, while developing knowledge of the business. The successful candidate will handle day-to-day administration tasks, including regulatory filings, investor correspondence, and distribution notices. A key part of the role will be leading company secretarial duties, such as organising board meetings, writing minutes, and arranging document signings. Additionally, the candidate will assist with client onboarding, maintain statutory registers, and monitor relevant mailboxes to prioritise tasks effectively. The ideal candidate for this role will be someone with 2+ years of fund administration experience and a strong desire to learn. They should be educated to A-level standard or equivalent and ideally hold or be working towards the CGI Certificate or a similar professional qualification.
