Our client is an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services. This is a managerial role aimed at ensuring the highest standards of client service delivery. The position involves working closely with Client Directors, focusing on proactive entity management and maintenance from the late onboarding stage through the full structure life cycle. The successful candidate will ensure that all data and records are accurate, up to date, and in compliance with documented requirements, policies, and procedures. Communication with clients and third parties is paramount, requiring excellence in both verbal and written formats, demonstrating technical awareness and cultural sensitivity. The role also includes preparation for fiduciary decisions, liaising with third-party service providers, and supporting a collaborative environment. This position may involve occasional business travel depending on workload requirements. Job Duties Work closely with Client Directors on proactive entity management and maintenance. Ensure data and records are up to date, accurate, and in line with requirements. Deliver all client work and contact in alignment with the client’s vision and values. Maintain excellent communication with clients and third parties. Support effective fiduciary decision-making through thorough case preparation. Liaise with third-party service providers to build strong relationships. Ensure accurate time recording to meet utilisation and profitability targets. Undertake appropriate reviews and workflows, addressing identified issues timely. See risk review actions through to resolution, ensuring compliance with regulatory filings. Mentor and share knowledge with junior Client Management and Administration colleagues. Job Requirements Ability to act independently while knowing when to seek guidance. Promote positive collaboration with all Private Wealth colleagues and stakeholders. Maintain compliance with internal policies and regulatory/legal requirements. Identify cross-sell opportunities and liaise with Client Directors. Share knowledge of client structures with nominated alternates. Act as a fully effective nominated alternate for others as necessary. Maintain technical awareness and stay informed about market developments. Contribute effectively to group projects as required. Hold the position of authorised client signatory as per approved limits. Maintain Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and technical awareness. 5-10 years experience servicing high-net-worth international families. Strong understanding of issues facing high-net-worth families and their structures. Proven ability in managing complex international fiduciary structures. Understanding of local trust and company legislation and regulatory requirements. Good knowledge of investments, property, and other asset classes. Proficiency in working with NavOne and core MS Office applications. STEP, ICSA, Accountancy, or Legal qualification preferred.
