Our client is an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services, seeking a Senior Administrator to join their Fund Administration team. This role presents an excellent opportunity to administer a complex range of private capital structures, including funds and corporates. The successful candidate will be involved in establishing new structures and transitioning switch business while adhering to the company's streamlined approach. With a focus on providing exceptional service levels, you will ensure a high-quality client experience throughout the entire lifecycle of the client relationship. The position involves maintaining and developing relationships with clients and advisors, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and responsiveness. You will also coordinate company secretarial matters, accurately executing and recording all related activities, while complying with all company workflows, policies, and procedures. This is a full-time role that plays a vital part in ensuring operational efficiency within the business unit. Job Duties Administer a complex range of private capital structures and associated structures. Assist with establishing new structures and transitioning switch business. Provide exceptional service levels and client experience throughout the whole lifecycle. Maintain and develop client and advisor relationships, demonstrating responsiveness and market awareness. Coordinate company secretarial matters, including preparation of minutes for board and shareholder meetings. Process and coordinate routine and complex fund operations, such as investor calls and distributions. Ensure the accurate execution and recording of all related activities. Refer issues to line manager with suggested solutions and actively seek to learn and develop. Adhere to all company workflows, policies, and procedures while providing constructive feedback to enhance efficiency. Job Requirements Positive, personable, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn. Understanding of the requirements of quality client service. Demonstrable experience of working in a funds environment at a similar level. Ability to foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Deadline oriented with a collaborative and flexible approach. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. Sound technical financial services knowledge, including current regulatory and legal requirements. Ability to handle tasks independently. ICSA/ACCA/ACA qualified or currently studying towards these qualifications.
