Trainee Fund Administrator

Our client is a young yet highly experienced office, an inclusive and diverse Guernsey-based family-owned independent fiduciary and fund administration business that specialises in the venture capital domain. This role offers an exciting opportunity as part of a trainee programme, where the Trainee Fund Administrator will study towards a professional qualification, whilst assisting with the day-to-day administration of fund clients under the direction of a manager. Job Duties Assist with all aspects of the administration of fund clients, including venture capital funds, management companies, and related fund vehicles. Assist with processing fund operations, including inputting payments, preparing receipt packs, and processing investor changes. Maintain investor and fund records in relevant systems. Assist with company secretarial matters, such as preparation of minutes, board packs, and reports. Provide support for ad-hoc client requests or other duties as required by the team, including project work. Job Requirements A-Level qualifications or equivalent, or a university education. English and Mathematics GCSEs (or equivalent) are essential. Strong organisational and communication skills. Good computer literacy and problem-solving abilities. A desire to learn and a commitment to studies, which will be supported as part of the trainee programme.
