Evening Supervisor

We are looking for honest, reliable and enthusiastic person to join our friendly Team. You should be able to work unsupervised and follow clear instructions from your Head Supervisor and Cleaning Manager. You need to have high standards of cleaning and a good eye for detail. Competitive hourly rate depending on experience. JOB RESPONSABILITIES · Checking that all cleaning tasks are carried out, as instructed, to a high standard · Liaise daily with your Head Supervisor / Manager by reporting to them any incidents · Report to your Cleaning Head Supervisor / Manager immediately if, for any reason, you cannot complete your allocated task · Wear the protective clothing provided and making sure the rest of the Team do so · Adhere to all Health and Safety instructions at all time · Inform your Head Supervisor / Cleaning Manager of any defects in equipment and/or of premises not meeting Health and Safety standards · Maintain all equipment used in a clean, tidy and safe condition · Undertake any training deemed relevant to the position but mainly making sure everyone is trained correctly to the task given · Check if all employees are working under the health and safety procedures · Cover any employees in case of sickness or annual leaves within your abilities JOB QUALIFICATIONS · 5-year experience in a position of Cleaning Supervisor position. · Reference letters required on headed paper · Fluent in English (spoken & written) JOB SKILLS · Ability to work under pressure · Ability to meet deadlines · Ability to work as part of a Team · Enjoy taking more responsibilities · Communication skills OTHER REQUIREMENTS · Holding a full driving licence Contact cv@premiumcleaning.gg
