Elizabeth College is seeking to appoint an Assistant Principal (Academic) to join its Senior Leadership Team, from September 2026. The Assistant Principal (Academic) will work closely with the Vice-Principal (Head of Upper School), Heads of Faculty and Heads of Department as an integral part of the academic team. The postholder will contribute to the strategic leadership and management of the Upper School vision and strategy. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, the Assistant Principal (Academic) will also carry out general and specific management and leadership functions as directed by the Principal and Vice-Principal (Head of Upper School). The Assistant Principal (Academic) will be responsible for the delivery of the academic curriculum, student assessment and reporting, and the use of data within the College to inform decision making. The post holder will build positive and collaborative working relations with staff members and lead by example in upholding the college values.
