Our client is an award-winning provider of private wealth, fund, and corporate administration services, and they are seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee critical aspects of their client services within the Private Wealth division. This role involves leading entity management and maintenance, ensuring accuracy in client records and communication. The successful candidate will proactively facilitate fiduciary decision-making, mentor junior team members, and maintain meticulous time recording to achieve profitability targets. The position offers a full-time commitment, with the expectation of meeting key performance indicators. Ideal candidates will have between 5 to 10 years of experience working with high-net-worth international families and possess a deep understanding of their unique needs and regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with clients and third-party service providers while ensuring compliance with internal and external standards. This role also requires staying current on market developments and contributing to group projects, making it vital for maintaining operational excellence and enhanced client service delivery. Job Duties Lead the proactive entity management and maintenance through the full life cycle. Supervise the accuracy and up-to-date status of entity data and records. Oversee the delivery of all client work and communication aligned with the company’s vision. Establish excellent communication with clients and third parties. Facilitate decision-making through thorough preparation for governance forums. Cultivate relationships with third-party service providers. Ensure meticulous time recording and maintain commercial awareness. Conduct thorough reviews and address any identified issues. Ensure that risk reviews and regulatory filings are resolved and completed accurately. Mentor junior team members and model exemplary behaviours. Job Requirements Excellent independent working skills with sound judgement. Ability to foster positive collaborations within the team and across stakeholders. Adherence to all internal policies and procedures. Knowledge of compliance with regulatory/legal requirements. Capability to identify cross-sell opportunities with Client Directors. Proficiency in sharing specialized knowledge with colleagues. A commitment to staying informed about technical awareness and market developments. Willingness to travel for business as needed. Strong understanding of KYC, AML, CFT, and GDPR requirements. Proficient in using document management systems and core MS Office applications.
