Working within a specialist fund administration team, this trainee role offers variety, learning and progression. It is ideally suited to someone with strong academic foundations and a genuine interest in financial services! Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Assisting with the day-to-day administration of fund clients, including venture capital funds, management companies and associated vehicles. Supporting fund operations such as processing payments, preparing receipt packs and handling investor changes. Maintaining accurate investor and fund records within relevant systems. Assisting with company secretarial matters, including preparation of minutes, board packs and reports. Supporting ad hoc client requests and project work as required by the team. Working under the guidance of a manager while studying towards a relevant professional qualification. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have A-Level qualifications or equivalent, or university-level education, with English and maths GCSEs (or equivalent) essential. They will be well organised, communicate clearly and demonstrate good computer literacy and problem-solving skills. A genuine willingness to learn and commitment to professional studies is essential, alongside a positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
