As a Trust Administrator or Trust Officer, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of high-net-worth clients. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage a portfolio of high-net-worth clients and serve as their primary contact. Maintain accurate manual and electronic records for all trusts and companies under your portfolio, adhering to company processes. Provide expert liaison with intermediaries, including lawyers, accountants, and tax advisors. Ensure accurate monitoring of bank accounts and oversee payments via manual and electronic methods. Work with investment managers to optimize investment returns and monitor performance. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for corporate clients. Prepare accurate meeting minutes, resolutions, and legal documentation. Conduct thorough annual trust and company reviews in line with KPI expectations. Foster teamwork through supervision, coaching, and the development of junior staff. Skills and Competencies Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to manage and maintain impeccable client records. Client Management: Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Problem-Solving: Skilled in analyzing investment performance and liaising with professionals to resolve complex matters. IT Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office 2016, Cezanne, eDocs, and 4series systems. Leadership: Experience in coaching and motivational leadership to support team development.
