Department : Marketing Reports to : Head of Marketing Role Summary We are seeking a commercially focused, experienced Digital Marketing professional to join our Marketing team. This role will be responsible for managing and optimising Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising, alongside other paid channels such as Google Ads, while also building and executing an influencer marketing strategy. You will work closely with our website maintenance and development/Creative partners to drive strong digital performance and conversion. We're looking for someone driven and proactive to join our creative, passionate family brand and marketing team, with a genuine enthusiasm for digital and performance marketing and a strong desire for both personal and brand growth. This position is predominantly in-house. Depending on experience and expertise, there is scope for this role to expand into broader digital and marketing responsibilities. Key Responsibilities Paid Media & Performance Marketing (Manage and optimise paid media activity across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other digital channels, including Google Ads) Own day-to-day management and optimisation of Meta ad accounts Own day-to-day management and optimisation of Google Ads Build campaign structures, audiences, and budgets aligned to objectives Develop testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, and formats Analyse performance and implement ongoing improvements Provide regular reporting and insights Influencer Marketing & Digital Partnerships Build and own the influencer marketing strategy Identify, source, and manage influencer and creator partnerships Oversee gifting, paid collaborations, and content deliverables Track influencer performance and ROI Work with influencers to support launches, campaigns, and brand storytelling Website, Conversion & Digital Experience Work closely with website maintenance and ongoing development teams Identify UX and conversion opportunities Support landing page briefs and onsite campaign execution Monitor site performance issues impacting paid traffic Digital Health & Brand Presence Monitor and support overall online brand presence and reputation Oversee Google Business profiles and online reviews Support SEO best practices, keyword visibility, and search performance Identify opportunities to improve organic search discoverability Ensure consistent brand representation across digital touchpoints Digital Growth & Trading Support ecommerce growth initiatives Assist with promotions, launches, and trading activity Collaborate on digital campaign planning Cross-Functional Marketing Support (Scope to Expand) Support email campaigns and CRM activity Assist with social media planning and execution Contribute to influencer and digital activations Support wider campaign execution Skills & Experience Proven experience managing Meta and Google Ads Strong performance marketing and optimisation skills Experience building or managing influencer marketing programs Ecommerce or retail experience preferred Experience working with web teams or developers Confident with data analysis and reporting Highly organised, proactive, and commercially minded Scope for Growth & Broader Marketing Involvement While the core focus of this role is performance marketing and digital growth, there is clear scope for the right candidate to become involved in wider marketing initiatives. This may include campaign planning, brand activations, content strategy, partnerships, and supporting broader commercial marketing projects.
