Our client is seeking a Temporary Human Resource Administrator to join their team on an immediate basis. The role is expected to last for approximately 1.5 months to 6 weeks. The ideal candidate will ideally work full time but there may be the potential for part time hours of 25 to 30 hours per week. Responsibilities will include providing administrative support to the HR department, assisting with various HR tasks, and contributing to the smooth functioning of the HR operations. The role requires a proactive individual who can handle multiple tasks efficiently. Job Duties Provide administrative support to the HR team Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes Manage employee records and documentation Respond to HR-related inquiries and provide assistance Maintain and update HR databases and systems Support the team with various HR projects and initiatives Job Requirements Previous experience in an HR administrative role is preferred Strong organisational and multitasking skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially A proactive approach to problem-solving
