Responsibilities include: Welcome visitors, manage incoming calls and emails, and ensure a professional office experience for all. Coordinate meeting rooms, travel, refreshments, and preparation of meeting packs. Provide reliable admin support to the Customer Operations team across daily tasks. Assist with general office organisation to maintain a smooth, efficient working environment.
