One of our key clients within the professional services sector, is seeking an experienced Learning and Development Manager to lead their L&D function in Guernsey . This strategic and hands‑on role plays a key part in shaping organisational capability and culture. This position centres on designing and delivering a high‑impact learning strategy, developing future skills, and creating consistent development pathways across the business — ideal for someone passionate about building learning cultures that truly make a difference. Responsibilities include: Designing and implementing a structured learning and development strategy aligned to organisational priorities and future capability needs. Leading the creation, delivery and evaluation of development programmes across leadership, technical training and professional development. Owning the learning management system (LMS) and overseeing all learning infrastructure, governance and reporting. Partnering with senior leaders to understand development needs, act as a trusted learning advisor and oversee relationships with external training providers. You should bring strong communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills to the role, together with a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into practical learning solutions.
