Chef de Partie

We are seeking a full time experienced Chef de Partie to join our very hard working team at 19 Bar and Grill. You should be able and willing to work all stations in the kitchen up to the Chef de Partie station, train the commis chefs and guide the Kitchen Assistants. Working rota is 5 out of 7 days, split shifts. Excellent rate of pay with tips, food on duty. Staff housing available.
