Our client is seeking an Administrator to join their dedicated and progressive Private Client Services team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive administration services to an international client base while managing a defined portfolio of structures including Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships. The successful candidate will report to a Senior Manager and will have the chance to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, including clients, intermediaries, and client advisors. In addition to supporting the administration processes, you will play a crucial role in training Assistant Administrators as required. This is a full-time position with a focus on delivering high-quality service and building strong working relationships. Job Duties Administer a defined client portfolio, which may include Trusts, Companies, Foundations, and Limited Partnerships. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with your team, intermediaries, clients, and client advisors. Assist the Senior Administrator/Manager/Senior Manager in providing day-to-day training to Assistant Administrators, where necessary. Undertake the billing and debt collection for your client portfolio. Conduct the initial review of the annual Financial Statements for your client portfolio. Participate in the acquisition, monitoring, management, and disposal of assets held within your client portfolio in accordance with the relevant policies and procedures. Prepare written correspondence, Board/Trustee minutes, and checklists as necessary. Maintain your client files in an orderly manner, ensuring documents are filed correctly and in a timely manner. Attend to CRS/FATCA reporting preparatory work and analysis. Review periodic reviews prepared by the independent Case Review Administrator for your client portfolio and clear any findings. Prepare annual returns and various jurisdictions’ tax returns for entities under administration. Provide general assistance to other members of the team or management when required. Job Requirements Preference given to candidates with a CGI/STEP Certificate or equivalent, or those who are partway through ICAEW/ACCA Accountancy Qualification (with exam success to date), or a basic level qualification relevant to the function.
