If you are detail-oriented and interested in financial crime controls, this Junior CDD Analyst role offers a strong foundation in CDD operations! The position provides structured learning and exposure to multi-jurisdictional client services processes. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Supporting the Control function by maintaining and managing the Control inbox. Updating core banking systems, including blocking and unblocking customers, applying markers and updating risk ratings. Liaising with internal multi-jurisdictional teams to process instructions and request additional information. Conducting ad-hoc customer screening activities. Assisting with testing of Approved Introducers to ensure compliance standards are met. Coordinating MLRO visits and receiving and filing customer documentation. Undertaking ad-hoc projects and duties as required. Participating in a structured training programme to develop knowledge of Client Services and control processes. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. They will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, and confidence working with systems and data. A collaborative approach and willingness to learn are essential. Some prior KYC or CDD experience would be advantageous but is not required, as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
