Caterleisure (Guernsey) ltd operates the two café & bars at Guernsey Airport under the "Bailiwick Bar & Kitchen" and the WHSmith retail. We are recruiting a KITCHEN ASSISTANT for our busy operation at Guernsey Airport. Our mission is to provide exceptional services to all passengers, visitors, and airport staff. Requirements: A valid Guernsey residence - You need to live in Guernsey to be considered and live in private accommodation (Unfortunately we do not provide accommodation) Right to Work in Guernsey document A good command of English Team player Police Check Disclosures Be able to provide 5 years continuous employment history (or education) to obtain a security pass. What we offer: Pay rate: £11.35 per hour (16+) or £12.60 per hour (18+) 35 hours per week £250 bonus after the probationary period Additional financial rewards to be discussed with the successful candidates. 28 days holiday Paid breaks during your shift Meals on duty Uniform Flexible rota with straight shifts Friendly colleagues About the Job Training will be provided in all aspects of kitchen duties, making sandwiches and panini, preparing breakfast and lunches, organize the delivery and cleaning of the kitchen area.
