If you love variety, enjoy solving complex challenges and want to thrive in a supportive, people‑focused culture, this role could be your next big.Key Accountabilities Client Deliver high‑quality service to clients, intermediaries and stakeholders. Maintain long‑term client relationships and provide technical support to the team. Engage directly with clients to understand their needs and enhance service levels. Identify opportunities for new business. Meet client commitments within agreed deadlines and to a high standard. Commercial Achieve personal targets for time recording, utilisation and working capital management. Support the Director in analysing commerciality and profitability of the client portfolio. Review and control WIP, ensure timely fee collection and highlight revenue opportunities. Coach junior colleagues on working capital processes and debt collection. Risk Maintain awareness of risk policies and how they apply to client and business situations. Understand the various risk roles within ZEDRA. Work within defined parameters to ensure the team meets risk targets. People Management Support line management in promoting appropriate behaviours and actions for team success. Provide coaching and feedback to colleagues to support their development. Mentor less experienced team members when required. Promote ZEDRA’s values and objectives while supporting team morale through guidance and technical support. Knowledge and Experience Professional & Technical Experience Experience working with High Net Worth clients and complex fiduciary structures. Proven ability to deliver first‑class client service. Strong technical competency with the ability to share knowledge effectively. Track record of handling technical and complex transactions. Minimum 5+ years of experience in the fiduciary field. Solid understanding of current issues affecting fiduciary structures and clients. Personal Attributes Client‑focused approach with a commitment to exceeding expectations. Flexible and professional under time‑sensitive pressures. Excellent prioritisation and time‑management skills. Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and supportive of colleagues. Strong interpersonal skills and alignment with ZEDRA values. Language Skills Fluency in English required; additional languages are an advantage. Academic & Professional Qualifications Holding or studying toward a relevant professional qualification (e.g., STEP, ICSA). Educated to A‑Level standard or equivalent. Commitment to maintaining required CPD hours once qualified.
