A leading independent fiduciary and fund administration business with a growing international footprint is seeking a Group Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join its Group Finance function, in their Jersey office. This is a senior, hands-on finance leadership role focused on multi-jurisdiction statutory reporting, regulatory capital & liquidity, and consolidated financial planning, sitting at the heart of strategic decision-making during an exciting period of growth. Responsibilities include: Leading group-wide statutory and consolidated reporting, including P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, EBITDA normalisation and covenant compliance. Designing, maintaining and enhancing regulatory capital and liquidity models across multiple jurisdictions. Owning year-end accounts, audits and regulator interactions, ensuring accuracy, pace and compliance. Partnering with senior stakeholders to deliver robust financial models, forecasting, scenario analysis and insight that supports growth and funding decisions. You should be a fully qualified accountant with strong post-qualification experience who is confident operating independently in a fast-paced, regulated environment. You should also be able to simplify complexity, influence senior stakeholders and engage credibly with auditors and regulators.
