Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Learning and supporting core mortgage transaction processes, including renewals and repayments. Reviewing documentation, compiling summaries and preparing submissions for Credit Committee consideration. Acting as a first-line contact for client queries, delivering timely and professional responses. Working closely with experienced colleagues to understand operational processes and lending procedures. Collaborating across teams to ensure a smooth and responsive client journey. Maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Contributing to the accurate and secure execution of property transactions. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills and the ability to thrive in a busy office-based environment.
