Store Manager

New Domino's Pizza Store COMING SOON to Guernsey!! Our stores are fun, busy and fast­-paced environments. As a Domino's Store Manager, you will be responsible for everything that happens within the store, including cost controls and customer relations. You are there to lead by example, following policies and procedures, to inspire all Team Members to produce amazing food and ensure complete customer satisfaction whilst maintaining a clean and organised work environment in accordance to health & safety guidelines. Successful candidates will have: · a minimum of 3 years' experience of managing a fast-­paced customer ­lead QSR restaurant or other area of the hospitality sector · flexibility with your working hours as our stores are predominantly busy in the evenings and on weekends · excellent people skills including the ability to give clear instructions; good written and verbal communication · high levels of problem ­solving, initiative and self-motivation · a willingness to learn and a drive to succeed · passion for delivering excellent customer service · the ability to work as part of a team. As well as the competitive pay structure (pay rate of £23p/h, plus monthly bonus scheme), benefits include 4 weeks holiday per annum, employee discounts and a flexible schedule.
