Trust Manager – Family Trust Structure

Our client, a well‑established fiduciary services provider, is seeking an experienced Trust Manager to lead a small team in Guernsey while overseeing the administration of a complex high‑net‑worth family trust structure. This is a senior opportunity offering hands‑on leadership, client oversight and the chance to support an evolving, relationship‑driven portfolio. An excellent role for a seasoned trust professional with strong people‑management capability and at least 10 years’ experience within the offshore fiduciary sector. Responsibilities Include: Managing and supervising a team including delegation, performance management, training and monitoring completion of tasks. Overseeing trust administration activities across cash management, discretionary decisions, record‑keeping, investment monitoring and client service delivery. Acting as the primary relationship point for a significant HNW family trust, working alongside a Relationship Manager on higher‑level matters while ensuring all actions are implemented and monitored. Meeting utilisation, billing and aged‑debt targets while contributing to audit outcomes and adhering to internal policies, procedures and regulatory expectations.
