A fantastic senior-level opportunity for a Business Analyst with hands-on T24 experience to join a complex banking change initiative! This role combines stakeholder engagement, structured requirements gathering and solution design support within a regulated environment. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Playing a central role in the delivery of a core banking system transformation. Working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges and strategic objectives. Leading the elicitation, analysis and documentation of requirements related to Temenos Transact (T24). Translating complex business requirements into structured and clear documentation. Acting as a bridge between business teams, technology teams and delivery partners. Supporting solution design, testing and implementation activities. Contributing to change management, business readiness and go-live processes. Ensuring deliverables meet governance, quality and regulatory standards within a financial services environment. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Business Analyst within financial services, with strong hands-on expertise in Temenos Transact (T24). They will have experience working on complex system implementations or core banking change programmes and demonstrate strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. They will be highly organised, confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels and able to manage multiple priorities effectively. Experience working with third-party vendors or across multiple delivery phases would be advantageous.
