Working within a busy Yacht Services team, this role provides day-to-day responsibility for crew administration and payroll support. It is ideal for someone with client-facing experience who enjoys structure, detail and working in a fast-moving environment! Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Administering crew contracts and payroll processes from employment through to termination. Processing crew payroll, including social security obligations. Issuing employment agreements within required timeframes. Maintaining accurate crew records across internal systems. Acting as a primary point of contact for crew employment and payroll queries. Ensuring appropriate insurances and compliance documentation are in place. Monitoring certification and safe manning documentation in line with regulatory requirements. Coordinating crew travel and maintaining leave records. Supporting recruitment processes where required. Escalating issues to senior team members when necessary. Supporting wider yacht services and group collaboration initiatives. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will be educated to A-Level standard or equivalent and have client or customer-facing experience. They will demonstrate strong communication skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, alongside a proactive and solution-driven mindset. Previous yachting experience would be advantageous but is not essential, as full training will be provided.
