Network Service Engineer

Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the CTIO team as a Network Services Engineer in Guernsey. To drive the role forward, the individual will be part of a team that is responsible for the operational delivery of Sure's portfolio of enterprise network and security services, including but not limited to LAN, WAN, WLAN, firewalls and Sure's Managed Network products. This role is very much hands-on, both on and off site, implementing and supporting technical solutions as developed by senior colleagues and/or Professional Services Consultants while also fostering strong relationships with clients and demonstrating a high level of customer service. Individuals applying will "feel connected" to our Company values, and hold the following experience and skills: Cisco CCNA or comparable network related certification, or the ability to gain such within a year. Some experience of working with IP routing and switching environments. Technically skilled, highly motivated individual. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Diligence and attention to detail are key skills along with ability to multi-task and prioritize work appropriately. Individuals applying must have a valid, clean driving licence and will be required to join a callout rota in order to provide out of hours cover that includes nights, weekends and Bank Holidays.
