Part time Front of House member

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Part-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The successful candidate will provide excellent customer service, ensure guest satisfaction, and contribute to a positive dining experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar Serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns Process bills and handle payments accurately Maintain cleanliness of tables, service areas, and dining space Assist with setting up and closing duties as required Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations Requirements Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred (but not essential) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Good personal presentation and professional appearance Working Hours Part-time (including evenings and weekends) Flexible shifts as required What We Offer Competitive hourly rate Service charge and tips distributed according to hours worked Staff meals provided for shifts exceeding 5 consecutive hours Supportive and friendly working environment Training and development opportunities.
