We are seeking to recruit a Managing Director to lead and oversee all aspects of our Corporate Services Provider (CSP) business in the BVI. This individual will be instrumental in driving growth, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining compliance with local and international standards. Responsibilities include: Developing and executing the group's overall strategic plan Delivering operational and systemic change in accordance with that plan Participating and assisting in delivering group CSP global integration Building and leading a high-performing team Overseeing operational and financial performance Providing strategic direction and oversight to all operational functions Business development Role requirements: Hold a relevant professional qualification (eg Corporate Governance Institute / Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators) In-depth knowledge of corporate services, governance and regulatory environments and financial regulations Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive growth, operational excellence, and achieve financial targets Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring confidence and building relationships across of levels of the group and external parties Excellent leadership and management skills, with a proven record of fostering a high-performance culture Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of clients and stakeholders Possess an analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and solve complex problems Demonstrate strategic thinking, innovation, and adaptability in a dynamic business environment A forward-thinking approach, with a focus on incorporating technology and innovation to enhance service offerings Experience of Viewpoint or similar entity governance and compliance software Please click on "Apply for this job" to submit a CV for this vacancy .
