Working within a busy trust team, this Senior Administrator role combines client portfolio management with mentoring responsibilities- ideal for someone progressing towards professional qualification! This role also includes mentoring junior colleagues and maintaining high technical standards. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Administering a portfolio of trust and company structures. Preparing statutory records, payments, correspondence and bookkeeping entries. Assisting with client reviews and compliance processing. Liaising with clients, intermediaries and third parties. Monitoring billing and assisting with portfolio cash management. Recognising operational risks and escalating appropriately. Mentoring Trainees and Administrators. Maintaining knowledge of AML and regulatory updates. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will be qualified, part-qualified or studying towards STEP/CGI/ACCA/ACA, or equivalent experience. Strong time management, technical competence and mentoring ability are essential.
