Our client is seeking a Manager for Private Client Reviews on a fixed-term contract for 6 months based in Guernsey, with a hybrid working model. The role requires a commitment of 36.25 hours per week, with flexible or part-time hours considered. The Manager will support fiduciary teams with essential projects, particularly focusing on client onboarding and offboarding in accordance with Client Services Agreements and legal and regulatory requirements linked to the Group’s Guernsey licences. This position is ideal for an accomplished fiduciary professional with a strong ability to manage complex cases while leading projects and liaising confidently with both internal and external stakeholders. The successful candidate will also be expected to contribute to wider initiatives as needed. Overall, this role involves significant responsibility in maintaining high standards of client service and compliance. Job Duties Manage the onboarding and offboarding of complex fiduciary structures, ensuring all administrative, regulatory, and procedural requirements are fulfilled. Support teams with addressing action points arising from periodic review processes. Liaise appropriately with legal professionals, accountants, tax advisers, and banks on all relevant matters. Develop and implement clear communication and reporting plans, ensuring timely updates are provided to leadership. Lead and deliver ad-hoc projects related to new or closing cases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines. Demonstrate strong communication skills by leading discussions, sharing expertise, and promoting best practices within the team. Ensure client entity files are complete, accurate, and up to date. Maintain current knowledge of regulatory, technical, and market developments relevant to closing cases and fiduciary services. Job Requirements Proven experience in a regulated finance or professional services environment, ideally at Assistant Manager or Manager level. Strong organisational skills with the ability to supervise work, prioritise effectively, and manage multiple timelines. Solid understanding of fiduciary business services and associated markets. Professional qualifications such as STEP, ICSA (or equivalent), or relevant experience. Proficient in relevant fiduciary systems and standard office technology. A proactive approach to personal and professional development.
