Senior Compliance Administrator

A well-rounded compliance opportunity for an experienced professional looking to work closely with complex fund structures in a technical, regulated environment with real responsibility and autonomy. Location Guernsey , Channel Islands Duties for this role include, but are not limited to: Complete complex CDD and EDD reviews. Oversee transaction monitoring and compliance registers. Support CMPs, regulatory reporting, and board materials. Review screening results and advise administration teams. Coach and oversee junior compliance staff. Skills / Qualifications The ideal candidate will have relevant compliance experience and hold an AML or compliance qualification (e.g. ICA Certificate/Diploma). Strong regulatory knowledge and attention to detail are essential.
