Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Practice Manager to lead day-to-day operations in a full-time, permanent role. This position is the operational heartbeat of the clinic, responsible for overseeing the team, managing financial aspects, and enhancing the client experience. The successful candidate will have a direct line to the directors and will provide meaningful input into the strategic direction of the practice. Key responsibilities include ensuring all non-clinical departments operate smoothly, managing the reception and clinical support teams, and leading recruitment and onboarding efforts. Additionally, this role will involve driving staff retention initiatives and managing operational expenditures alongside the CFO, while meeting financial targets and reporting key performance indicators weekly. The Practice Manager will also own the client journey, resolve complaints, and champion improvements in Net Promoter Score (NPS).
