Our client is looking for an administrator for their Corporate Actions team to ensure the timely administration and processing of dividends, corporate actions, shareholder meetings, disclosures and all such related events. You will need strong personal organisation, prioritisation and time management skills, be numerically competent and ability to produce professional English communications, have a willingness to learn from on-the-job training, attending courses both internal and external and where possible undertake studying such as Securities Institute Qualifications, alongside good IT skills and knowledge of Outlook, Excel and Word.
