Practice Manager, Animal Practice - Guernsey

Our client is seeking to appoint an experienced, hands-on Practice Manager to lead their day-to-day operations. Our client is looking for a candidate with proven manager or senior administration experience in either the veterinary or healthcare sector. You will need to have strong people managerial skills, be financially literate and comfortable reading a P&L, be calm under pressure, be solutions-focused, highly organised, with excellent communication skills. In this role you will ensure the practice runs smoothly, line manage reception and clinical staff, lead recruitment and onboarding, drive staff retention, manage OpEx and the clinical budget, and hit operational and financial targets.
