What You’ll Do Process dividends, corporate actions, meeting notices, and disclosure requests with absolute accuracy and timeliness. Prepare precise notifications for clients on corporate actions, dividends, and related events. Reconcile allocations and entitlements, ensuring accurate updates to reflect correct holdings across client accounts. Address client queries swiftly and ensure adherence to internal procedures and escalation processes. Collaborate with teams during high workloads and assist in system support development. What You’ll Need Strong organisational and time management skills. Numerical proficiency and the ability to craft professional communications in English. Willingness to learn on-the-job and undertake additional training courses. Proficiency in IT tools such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
