Chef de Partie / Line Chef - Join Our Unique Off-Grid Culinary Team (Guernsey) About Us: ATAN & Ki-Ot is a family-run business looking for a passionate Chef de Partie / Line Chef to join our kitchen team starting April 1st, 2026. We operate a summer alfresco restaurant on the Crown Pier and a year-round catering arm (ATAN). If you are looking to step away from the rigid hotel grind and into a hands-on, authentic environment, we want to meet you. What We Offer: Pay: £28,000 - £34,000 per year, based on experience. Flexible Contracts: Full-time, year-round employment OR Seasonal (9 months on, 3 months off). Mentorship: Work directly alongside our senior culinary team in a supportive, collaborative "family" environment.
