PMO and Procurement Manager

Feel Connected to the future at Sure by joining the Finance team as a PMO and Procurement Manager. To drive the role forward, the individual will develop and implement best practices and covers key areas across both PMO and Procurement functions in Sure. The role is responsible for managing day-to-day Project Management Office activities and provide guidance to project managers to deliver successful outcomes and periodically review and refine governance standards. Passionate about their people and communities, the ideal individual would hold the following skills: Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices with a proven track record of managing projects and experience of the PMO function. Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide project/programme teams resolve conflicts, and ensure everyone is working towards project success and ability to work under pressure. Proven track record in managing/facilitating organisational change, as projects/programmes often involve changes to people, process and technology. Manage and oversee procurement processes to meet business needs. Strong negotiation and contract management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
