Our client is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join their fast-paced Wealth Management environment. This role offers an exciting opportunity for those who are curious and proactive, always striving to create a positive impact for clients. The successful candidate will provide essential support to Client Advisors in the UK and Jersey, with responsibilities that include processing client orders and ensuring smooth administrative arrangements. The role demands a high level of attention to detail whilst managing complex transactions and client interactions. The Client Service Specialist will work closely with both internal and external clients, addressing any issues swiftly and efficiently. This position will also involve adhering to risk management controls, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting payment processes for the Jersey business. The role promotes a collaborative team environment where client needs are prioritised, and client wealth is managed effectively. Job Duties Support Client Advisors in the UK and Jersey Receive client orders, including securities and FX, on an execution-only basis Ensure administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed accurately Carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting Deal directly with internal and external clients Manage low volume ad-hoc physical processes, such as certificate and cheque processing and governance Adhere to risk management controls to identify and mitigate potential risks and ensure the production of management information (MI) Manage the input and release of payments for the Jersey business Perform call backs on payments that fall within relevant thresholds Job Requirements Financial services experience, ideally within a client-facing team Experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors High attention to detail, even under pressure RDR compliant level 4 qualification or above (e.g. CISI level 4 Investment Advice diploma) Firm grasp of financial markets, back office processes, and regulatory frameworks Familiarity with dealing on an execution-only basis Industry experience with knowledge of key banking and operational procedures, ideally including payments Strong understanding of Financial Crime/Fraud Confidence to build strong professional relationships with other teams within the firm
