Senior Risk Assistant, Banking - Guernsey

Our client is looking for a Senior Risk Assistant who will play a key role in supporting our client's Chief Risk Officer and strengthening the Bank’s enterprise‑wide risk framework. This is a hands‑on role at the heart of their risk function. As a trusted extension of the CRO, you’ll help ensure the Bank operates confidently within its Board‑approved risk appetite, meets regulatory expectations, and continually improves how they manage risk across the business. You will provide clear governance support, offer independent challenge, and help embed strong, consistent risk practices throughout their organisation. You will need experience working in a risk management environment within a regulated financial services environment (banking preferred).
