About the team: Investec Bank PLC (IBP) has a consistently award‑winning Treasury Risk Management offering across the UK, Ireland (EU) and South Africa. As part of our strategic expansion across Europe, we are introducing our Treasury Risk Solutions (TRS) business into Switzerland. You will sit within an established Zurich office as part of a newly created Swiss team, working closely with colleagues across our London headquarters. While based locally, clients onboarded in Switzerland will interact directly with our London entity, ensuring seamless delivery of Investec's global capabilities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast‑growing international banking group and play a key role in establishing and scaling our presence in a new geography. What will I be doing? As the Head of Treasury Sales, Switzerland , you will lead the growth of Investec's corporate and institutional client base in the Swiss market. You will build and enhance our brand presence, develop strong networks with key industry bodies, and drive engagement with decision‑makers at target organisations. Over time, you will also support the build‑out of a high‑performing local team, setting the foundations for a market‑leading Treasury Risk Solutions franchise. Your key responsibilities will include: Identifying and targeting potential Swiss corporate and institutional clients for Investec's Treasury Risk Solutions offering. Engaging senior decision makers and nurturing relationships from initial introduction through onboarding and ongoing account management, with timely CRM updates throughout the cycle. Becoming an expert in our Treasury Risk products (FX, payments, interest rates, commodities) and contributing feedback to localise and refine the proposition for the Swiss market. Developing strong networks with industry associations, professional services firms and referral partners. Helping to identify, hire and mentor new team members as the business scales. Setting and delivering ambitious growth targets for the jurisdiction. Contributing to a high‑performance team culture and delivering high‑quality reporting to UK leadership teams. What do I need to bring? You'll bring credible experience in selling FX and Corporate Treasury solutions to a relevant corporate or institutional client base, along with established networks in the Swiss market. You will be a confident communicator who thrives on relationship‑building, both in person and remotely. You'll also need: Proven experience selling FX/Corporate Treasury services (FX, payments, interest rate & commodities). Strong understanding of financial accounts, credit risk and treasury risk management. Experience building and managing high‑performing teams. Fluency in local Swiss languages and English. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly. The ability to operate effectively in a high‑growth, entrepreneurial environment. I am good at: Engaging and converting new client opportunities with persistence and professionalism. Building deep, long‑term relationships founded on empathy, diligence and trust. Developing client partnerships collaboratively within TRS and across the wider bank. Working in an organised, target‑focused manner with exceptional attention to detail.
