Home Department General Assistant

40 hours per week Part time and school term time considered We are actively looking to recruit an energetic general assistant for our busy Home department at Le Friquet Garden Centre. ABOUT THE ROLE You will be responsible for helping to deliver an exceptional and unique shopping experience. You will achieve this through the creation of inspirational and visual displays. You will also be able to engage openly with our customers with an energetic and can-do attitude. This role is all about offering excellent and best on Island customer service. Your focus will always be on the customer and meeting their expectations to ensure our customers enjoy a truly unique and memorable shopping experience. ABOUT YOU No experience is necessary, full training will be given. Being professional, friendly and having a genuine interest in the home and interiors would be desirable, and an eye for detail. Our customers are our main priority so you therefore need to be someone who is passionate about customer service, polite and outgoing. You will be able to perform under pressure and operate in a fast-paced environment, not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get 'stuck in'; prioritise tasks effectively and display a 'can do' attitude at all times. Ensure store standards are maintained and stock maintained to its best quality.
